Our Process
Stage 1: Discuss Project Requirements
Before taking on a project, we need to discuss your website requirements. We will go over your business objectives, basic features and functionality, project deliverables. This phase will act as the foundation for developing the budget and project timeline.
Quote Approval
Once all the finer details are outlined, we quote you for the project. If you are happy, we enter into an agreement towards the completion of the project. Upon accepting the quote, a 40% deposit is required to begin the work.
Draft Website + Content
We draft up your website with placeholder text and imagery. During this process we gather content and imagery from you to put onto the website. If you don’t have images, we can provide stock imagery to place on the website. This is done at no extra cost to you. However, if you do not have content for the website, we can provide the textual information at an additional cost.
Review & Make Changes
Once the website draft is complete, we showcase the site to you. This is where you have the opportunity to provide any feedback to make necessary changes.
Launch Website
If you are happy with the design changes and content of your website. We prepare your site to go live.
Ongoing Support
For the first week after launch, we provide free email and phone support. After that you can pay a very small fee every month to keep us on your radar.
